  • 2 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite sized cubes
  • ½ cup pickle juice
  • ½ cup butter milk, or whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, to garnish

Instructions
